I only make these ONE time a year and there’s a reason that I only make them ONCE a year.
It stinks up my house and it stinks up Al. BUT, he loves them soooooooo, every year around Easter, I make them.
They take my breathe away. STINKY!
- You’ll need a big glass jar
- Boiled and peeled eggs
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- Salt and Pepper
- Boil eggs and peel them.
- Put the eggs in the jar
- Add enough vinegar to cover them
- Add the sugar, salt and pepper
- Put the lid on it!
Al says they’re better after they sit for a few days.
