Stinky Pickled Eggs

I only make these ONE time a year and there’s a reason that I only make them ONCE a year. 

It stinks up my house and it stinks up Al.  BUT, he loves them soooooooo, every year around Easter, I make them.

They take my breathe away.  STINKY! 


Pickled Eggs

  • You’ll need a big glass jar
  • Vinegar
  • Boiled and peeled eggs
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Boil eggs and peel them.
  2. Put the eggs in the jar
  3. Add enough vinegar to cover them
  4. Add the sugar, salt and pepper
  5. Put the lid on it!

Al says they’re better after they sit for a few days.
