Kielbasa with Potatoes and Green Beans

03 Nov

I know this isn’t fancy but it’s one of my favorite things to throw together in the crockpot.

I think I just like the fact that I can walk in from work and supper is pretty much done!  Plus, it’s delicious!   Add some hot rolls and you’ve got a complete meal!

Kielbasa with Potatoes and Green Beans  (super easy)

  • 1 Pkg. of Skinless Kielbasa, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 cans of cut green beans
  • 6 potatoes, cubed
  • Seasonings:  Pepper, Minced Onion, Garlic Salt

Throw everything into the crockpot.  Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours!

What about 8 hours? I leave at 5:45 AM and get home about 2-2:30……..I wonder would it turn to mush after that long?

I’d put everything in it but the potatoes if you’re going to let it cook for 8 hours. Just add the potatoes the last hour to hour and a half. OR, you can add those canned potatoes to it when you get home. They just need to warm up.
